Item arrived damage. poor packaging.
The items appear to be exactly what we ordered. However, somewhere in the shipping, they got bent and both protective films were damaged.

Please Label These Better
I am giving only 3 stars due to several issues.
I ordered two sets of protectors, this set and one for my 22R Pro. One package was damaged and because there is no inner packaging I am forced to store them in a damaged and dirty shipping package. Also, the protectors do not come labeled with anything but a SKU number so when you are ordering sets for multiple tablets like me, you won't know which set goes with which tablet until you open them and start measuring them up against each tablet (the SKU for this product is AC92 in case someone else is having that issue). A way to fix that would be to include the product name on the package or to include the SKU numbers on the receipt so that customers can easily identify what they ordered by logging into their account orders page (nibs also do not come labeled with anything more than a SKU number).
Also, I tried to reach out to customer service through the website but got no reply and when I reached out by direct email I was forced to go back and forth with my order information when all I needed was a quick SKU identification. This was frustrating (and so I was forced to open everything and measure them myself rather than continue waiting, I didn't want to open the package for the 22R Pro until I needed it since they come with no internal packaging for storage).
