It's Workable

I bought this screen protector to replace the old one that had lots of scratches from use. I've replaced screen protectors before on xp-pen products before, so I was hoping for a simple installation. That was not the case though, a small part of the screen protector was warped and I spent about an hour trying to get as many air bubbles out as possible. I installed the screen slow to remove the air bubbles as I went but that still wasn't enough and the ones that remain won't budge. For right now, no matter how annoying the air bubbles are, I can still work with it since it's not worth buying another screen protector at the moment.

Outside the small warping, the packaging and product was fine, and it arrived in a timely manner. Not sure what went wrong during my installation process but if I have to buy a new one, I hope I'll have a better time installing it.

My second protector, it feels good!

This is the second time I have bought this screen protector and they have updated it! The protector now comes with clear covers on each side and includes some small wipes and cleaning cloth with some dust removing stickers and a bubble removing tool. Here is how I cleaned mine, first clean the entire screen with the wet wipe, then dry and clean it off with the small cloth, clean down until you no longer see any smudges or dust particles. Now point a light at it (phone flashlight) and remove any dust or hairs with the dust removers. After checking to make sure you have no dust at all you can place the protector. Let the protector lay down on its own, just guide it to be straight. After it has kind of placed down (there will be some bubbles on it) start pushing the bubbles to the edges and flatting out the protector with the bubble card removing tool. You don't have to be too gentle removing bubbles as there is a protection layer with a number 2 sticker to not scratch it while you remove the bubbles. I pushed down on tiny bubbles with the edge of the card and they would disappear. Make sure to take them out as much as possible by sliding the tool over the small ones with a small bit of force just don't do it to the point your tablet could break. If bubbles aren't removing you will see that it was because some dust particle slid under it. The point is to push the bubbles that you can to the edge of tablet to let them out. Luckily I had no bubbles in the middle. Good luck!

Not as expected, but still works perfectly fine.

I have an Innovator 16 tablet. When I purchased the protector, I thought it would cover the same amount of surface area as the initial protector did. It still covers all of the active drawing area, but there is some space at the top, bottom, middle, and sides that used to drive me nuts. Still better to have this than no protector at all--I am thankful that they even had this option since I think I purchased the Innovator 16 when it was really new. Additionally, as other reviews noticed, there were no extra tools for installment. I purchased this a long time ago and had quite a bit of trouble removing the bubbles, but I eventually got it to an acceptable state. Buying again since I wear really hard on these (though it's been months, maybe years, so it's good).

Not impossible to install :)

I am screen protector install illiterate - I still need to take my phone to someone else to put on my screen protectors, just saying. It took a few tries but despite a few fingerprints (LOL), got it installed and works well.

Wasted

I cannot speak for the quality of the film because since there were no tools provided it's impossible to apply it without having a thousand air bubbles (which were hard to remove). An hour of trying to get rid of all the air was enough time for the dust to get under the film. The product was wasted and so was my money. PLEASE include tools.

Good product...

This was a good product, just like the protector that was originally on my device, but unfortunately I wasn't able to use it. Upon cleaning the surface with my own cloth and cleaner, I still had many bubbles around the center, no matter how much I tried pushing the bubbles away using a stiff card. This was most likely my fault as dust and debris got on the surface and I didn't notice it. One thing I will suggest, just like another reviewer. Please include a cloth, something to get dust and debris off and maybe gloves as fingers leave oils behind, which can cause issues as well. Money wasted I guess.

Protective Film is like the original but has an inconvenience

The protector fit perfectly on my Artist 15.6 and it feels like the original anti-glare protector, but for price, I would expect there to be included a cleaning cloth, cleaning wipes and some dust removers. It is a good screen protector, but it will have a lot of bubbles if you don't clean the screen with a cloth and dust removers. The packaging is very nice but it only has the screen protector. Also, for anyone wondering, the screen protector is clear and the blue is just a protector for the actual protective film. Fast shipping to me in California.

but the film was BLUE! Not transparent!

I wanted a transparent one, like the original. Hope I can have it refunded. I've looked at that and I though: all right, maybe is not blue, maybe is just the protection sticker... and removed it, so I've lost the product.

Very nice protective film! One caveat though.

I bought this film last year but didn't need to replace the pre-applied one on my Artist 15.6 Pro tablet till recently; Applying it wasn't too bad but I messed up and it's got severe air bubbles. That's an error on my part though and is not a big deal as I can still use the tablet without issue.

If it was possible I'd only dock half a star but I have to subtract one whole star for the following reason: I do wish it came with at least two films instead of just one in case of a mess up as it's quite expensive to have to buy another one to redo it! Other than that it does its job well like the original protective film that comes with the tablet.
