- This event will be held from August 16, 2024, to September 16, 2024, at 24:00 UTC.
- Users must register a website account to participate in the event. The account is used to record the progress of the event and the gifts obtained.
- During the event, you can collect Fenix twice per day at most:once by logging into the website, and once by sharing for the first time each day.
- The remaining Fenix draws per day will be reset at 0:00, UTC.
- During the event, users can collect 30 Fenixes at most. When the number of Fenix collected by users reaches 7, users can get a 5% OFF coupon as a reward. When the number reaches 14, 21, and 30, users can activate the "Lucky Wheel" and participate in the lottery.
- In the "Lucky Wheel" lottery, users have the opportunity to win prizes including 5% OFF coupon, brand gift package, Deco 640, Magic Drawing Pad and XPPen's latest product.
- Gift redemption instructions:
① After users obtaining the coupon, they can use it in the XPPen online store. The coupon is valid until October 15, 2024, 23:59 UTC+8.
② After users winning the physical prize, XPPen staff will email you within 7 working days to collect delivery details and arrange shipment. Please check your email for their message. XPPen will arrange the delivery of the prize within 15 working days after providing the shipment information. XPPen will notify prize winners by email when the prize is sent. Please pay attention to your mailbox.
③XPPen will pay for the shipment costs, but there may be customs fees. Due to shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the Middle East (except UAE and Saudi Arabia), Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia and Africa. Winners from these regions will receive cash instead of physicial products.
