Issue: How do I calibrate my pen on Artist 12?
Solution: If your brush is not landing where your nib touches the screen, you may need to calibrate your pen. To do this, follow these steps:
If you have Windows 10,
1. Right click on the blank area, then choose Display Settings , set your monitor to 1920x1080(the resolution of the tablet.) if you want to use "Duplicate mode". If you want to use "Extend mode(extend these displays)", set your computer monitor to its own resolution and the Artist 12 to 1920*1080.
2. Set "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" to 100%.
3. Ensure that your two or more screens are parallel and aligned.
If you have Windows 11,
1. Right click the blank area of your desktop, then choose Display settings, set your monitor to 1920*1080(the resolution of the tablet) if you want to use "Duplicate mode".If you want to use "Extend mode"(extend these displays), set your computer monitor to its own resolution and the Artist 12 to 1920*1080.
2. Under "Scale &layout", please choose "Scale" as 100%.
Ensure that your two or more screens are parallel and aligned.
3. Restart the computer if needed. Then test your pen to see if the problem still persists.
If you still experience very small offset, please open the driver Pentablet, Work Area, Screen, Calibration.Click Calibration button, then try to use the pen to click the crosshair to calibrate the tablet.
