Event Rules

1. Prizes will be updated periodically, with even more exciting rewards set to be unveiled soon. Be sure to stay tuned for the latest updates on this event.

2. This event will be held from December 4, 2024, to December 31, 2024 24:00 (UTC).

3. Users must register for a website account to participate in the event. This account will be used to track event progress and record the prizes earned.

4. Users can participate in the Lucky Wheel draw once a day. When a user wins an XPPen coupon and uses the coupon code to purchase products in the XPPen online shop (provided that the payment of the order is successful), they will receive an additional draw opportunity on the same day. The number of participations will reset at 00:00 (UTC) each day.

5. Prize Redemption:

● When a user wins an XPPen coupon, he/she can copy the discount code and use it in the official XPPen mall. The XPPen coupon is valid until January 8, 2025 24:00 (UTC).

● When users win a SmallRig coupon, they can copy the coupon code and use it in the official SmallRig official store (www.Smallrig.com). The SmallRig coupon is valid until 24:00 (UTC) on December 31, 2024.

● After users win a physical prize, please fill in the delivery address information in the pop-up window. If you do not submit the delivery address in the pop-up window on this page, XPPen will send an email to the address associated with your account. Please provide the delivery address information as instructed in the email.

● XPPen & SmallRig will arrange for the prize to be shipped within 15 working days following the end of the event. Once the prize has been shipped, we will notify you via email, so please keep an eye on your inbox at that time.

● When users win a SmallRig prize that cannot be shipped due to regional restrictions, SmallRig will provide the user with a voucher of equal value to the prize, which can be redeemed on the official SmallRig website. If the user has not registered for a SmallRig account, they should register using the same email address associated with their XPPen account, and SmallRig will issue the voucher to the corresponding account.

● Due to shipping restrictions, XPPen is currently unable to ship to the Middle East (except the UAE and Saudi Arabia), Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, and Africa. Winners from these regions will receive cash instead of drawing tablets or displays as a replacement. *When the physical prize is converted to a cash prize, XPPen will deduct logistics, taxes, and product operating costs.

● XPPen & SmallRig, as the prize providers, will cover the shipping costs; however, any customs fees incurred will be the responsibility of the user.

6. XPPen and SmallRig will only contact the winners via email. Please be cautious of scams or any other illegal activities that may impersonate our staff.

7. The final interpretation of this event belongs to the XPPen and SmallRig.
