Shipping Policy
XPPen uses several methods for shipping products. We recommend certain delivery methods for different products, based on weight or size, to give our customers the most dependable and competitive pricing available. All orders ship from either our AU or CN warehouse.
All orders are subject to a 24-72 working hours processing period before shipping. XPPe uses the best carriers in the business, but we are unable to offer same-day shipping service or guarantee overnight or 2nd-day delivery.
Currently, we are only able to accept orders and shipments within the regions listed on the Order page.
Australia post: This method is generally with flexible delivery periods (typically allowing between 2–7 days from shipment for delivery). Orders can be tracked from our warehouse to your front door. We always ship to the AU via this method.
New Zealand post: This method is generally with flexible delivery periods (typically allowing between 7–15 days from shipment for delivery). Orders can be tracked from our warehouse to your front door. We always ship to the NZ via this method.
DHL/Fedex/YunExpress service: If some products and accessories are out of stock in Australia warehouse, we usually will ship it from China warehouse as
an alternative delivery method. (typically allowing between 7–15 days from shipment for delivery).
Please note that delivery may be delayed on weekends and holidays.
How to Expedite Shipping Your Order
Avoid delivery delays by including your full address, including company name if applicable, suite number, apartment number, floor number, building number, etc., and a valid phone number.
We use a third-party address verification system, so please enter your address information exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing or shipment of your order.
If your order is returned to XP-PEN as undeliverable from our shipping partners, you will need to place a new order. Please contact Customer Support to resolve your payment issue at zwx@xp-pen.com

Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Tax
You are responsible for any sales, use, duty, or other governmental taxes or fees due concerning your purchase and use of the merchandise. We will present any taxes that we are required to collect at checkout but note that actual taxes charged may be adjusted from the amount shown at checkout.
Non-Refundable Shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees cover the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.
